Training classes starting soon

Now, you can start National Train Your Dog Month of with a little professional help in Brownsville. Dog trainer Judy Rentrop, owner of Brownsville Dog Trainer, is offering group classes that start Saturday, January 9, 2010.

As a certified trainer, Rentrop will conduct puppy and beginner-level classes that meet every Saturday for six weeks. The puppy class will meet at 10 a.m. and is for puppies ages 8 weeks to 5 months old. The cost for these classes is $99 for the six-week course.

The beginner class will meet at 11 a.m. and is also $99 for the six-week course. This class is open to any dog 6 months or older.
