Alley, 4 months old on Christmas Day, has been spayed. This shepherd mix is one playful pup, and she was found in a McAllen alley when she was 8 weeks old. She has been staying at Smith Ranch Kennels. She is very social and gets along with all dogs. She barks at cats. Alley injured her front leg and was put in a cast on Dec 22, 2009. No matter what she has gone through, she retains a good disposition. She shows no fear of large dogs and will play with any dog or person willing to play with her. Alley needs a forever indoor home. |

Betsy is a female schnauzer-mix who is also at Smith Ranch Kennels. She is good with kids and shows no aggression around other dogs. |

Bruno, a male chocolate lab, was found in Bayview in September. He was advertised on Petfinder nationally, and we have looked everywhere for his owner. One theory is that he got separated from a hunting party. He was treated for a tick disease we seldom see in South Texas. He knows how to sit and fetch. He is a beautiful, fun-loving dog looking for a loving family. He is an indoor dog and is being fostered. He can be seen at Smith Ranch Kennels. Call (956) 233-5553. |

Hannah, a tan young female, is a spayed Rhodesian Ridgeback mix. She is very sweet. Hannah showed up in Bayview starving with another dog on November 16. She gets along well with other dogs and children. She has a very cute face, super personality and is eager to please. She will bark at strangers. If you are looking for a Rhodesian, she acts very much like one. Please come by Smith Ranch Kennels to see Hannah. |
